1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a lifetime, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Nighty Selfbot. This license is for personal use only and subject to the terms below.

2. License Key Usage

1. Each license key is issued to a single user and must not be shared, distributed, or resold.
2. 1 user = 1 license key.
3. You may switch between your own alternate Discord accounts at any time using the same license key.
4. Nighty Selfbot may only be active on one machine at a time. When switching to a new machine, the previous session will be logged out automatically.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Nighty servers do not store any sensitive personal information. The only data stored in our systems includes:

1. Your hardware ID (HWID)
2. Your Nighty license key
3. Your Discord user ID - (upon approval request)

Additional non-sensitive data may be temporarily transmitted to our servers (such as Discord username or Nitro status), but is never stored. This data is used solely for real-time UI display and features such as Nighty Discoverable and is treated with a zero trust principle.

4. Safety Disclaimer

We conduct extensive testing to ensure Nighty Selfbot is safe to use and undetectable. However, users should be aware of the following:

1. Discord's Terms of Service prohibit selfbots.
2. While bans resulting from Nighty Selfbot usage are extremely rare, especially from manual reports, the risk exists in theory — but in practice, such cases are virtually unheard of.
3. We are not responsible for any action taken against your Discord account, including but not limited to suspension or termination.

We advise against disclosing your use of a selfbot publicly or using the software in ways that draw attention.

5. Refund Policy

At Nighty, we stand behind the reliability of our software and strive to ensure a smooth experience for every user.

1. We guarantee that Nighty Selfbot will successfully launch on your machine after purchase.
2. If Nighty does not function as expected and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you are eligible for a refund equal to 100% of the official shop price, within 3 days of purchase.
3. If you purchased Nighty through a reseller, please note that any amount paid above the official shop price will not be refunded. Refunds are calculated based on the standard license cost at the time of purchase.
4. All refunds are issued exclusively via cryptocurrency, preferably Litecoin (LTC). You must provide a valid wallet address to receive your refund.

6. User Conduct & Abuse Policy

We are committed to maintaining a safe, stable, and fair experience for all Nighty users.

By using Nighty Selfbot, you agree not to engage in any behavior that compromises the integrity, security, or performance of the software or service. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software
2. Circumventing license verification or hardware restrictions
3. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your license key
4. Interfering with our servers, systems, or other users
5. Using Nighty to harm, harass other Discord users

Any attempts to abuse, tamper with, or disrupt the software or its ecosystem will result in immediate action. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke your license and access to Nighty Selfbot at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Our goal is to ensure a secure and trustworthy environment — help us keep it that way.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Nighty Selfbot after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
